This data is not combined with other data sources. The basis for the processing of data is Article 6, Section 1 f) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Inquiries which we receive from you on the contact form will be saved together with the contact data you have indicated in order for us to process the inquiry and be in a position to respond to any subsequent questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form thus takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6 Section 1 a) of the GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. Demographic characteristics with Google Analytics
This website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. Google Analytics Remarketing
Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (referred to in the following as “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the entry of data on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human being or by an automated program. To do this reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor on the basis of various features. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various items of information (e.g. IP address, duration of the visitor’s stay on the website or the mouse movements made by the user). The data recorded during the analysis are forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses take place entirely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.
The processing of the data takes place on the basis of Article 6 Section 1 f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his websites against abusive automated spying and spam.
Plugins and tools
For the uniform display of fonts, this page uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Adobe Typekit. On calling a page your browser loads the necessary web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose the browser you are using must establish a connection to the Adobe Typekit servers (in the USA). As a result of this Adobe Typekit becomes aware that our website was called via your IP address. Adobe Typekit web fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing display of our websites. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 Section 1 f) of the GDPR.
A standard font from your computer will be used if your browser does not support web fonts.
Further information can be found in the Adobe Typekit data protection notes.
